Dear Members of the Cuban Hebrew Congregation Temple Beth Shmuel and Friends across our beautiful Community,

As the sound of the Shofar calls us together to welcome the year 5787, I want to extend my warmest wishes to each one of you for a Shana Tova U’Metuka - a good and sweet new year.

Rosh Hashanah is a sacred time for reflection, gratitude, and renewal. Looking back on the past year, I am deeply moved by how our community continues to flourish. From our festive Sukkot and Simchat Torah celebrations to our beautiful Passover Seder, we have filled our sanctuary with shared meals, laughter, and prayer. We opened our doors wide for our community Open House, welcoming new faces into our Grand Sanctuary and Chapel, and hosted visitors from all over the world for our historic Cuban-Jewish educational tours. Through every event, we have proven that the unique spirit of El Círculo is as vibrant and resilient as ever.

As we dip our apples in honey, let us pray for a year ahead filled with health, happiness, and peace (Shalom). May our homes be filled with laughter, our hearts with contentment, and our community with unity and growth. Let us also keep in our thoughts and prayers those in need of healing and comfort as we embark on this new chapter together.
